This is initial nine month contract with a high possibility of being made permanent What Youll Do:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational roles / handle high-volume recruitment
Source talent through advertising, networking, referrals, and job fairs
Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and reference checks
Deliver recruitment reports and insights to stakeholders
Occasional travel to other sites to deliver recruitment campaigns
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in 360 recruitment within a fast-paced sector
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Super organised and proactive
UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
NB: This is a site based role, 5 days a week!
