Are you passionate about building customer trust and protecting online shoppers? Join our team as a Senior Risk Manager for a key customer trust feature in Amazon stores worldwide. In this position, you'll collaborate with multiple teams to lead compliance related positive changes in our product. You will drive the implementation of compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You will lead the identification, assessment, and monitoring of key risk indicators, areas of improvements, recommend and implement appropriate action. Develop and implement strategies for multiple projects, monitoring progress against key milestones
- Work closely with stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Product, Policy Partners and Business teams, to implement compliance requirements
- Act as a subject matter expert and key point of contact to support the team in operating within compliance
- Support external audits, reporting, and data requests
This position involves travel (up to 20% of the time), primarily within Europe with occasional trips to international locations.
Plan and prioritize tasks to advance ongoing projects
• Reach out to compliance and legal teams to understand regulatory requirements and translate them into business requirements
• Work closely with policy, product, and tech teams to implement necessary changes
• The EU Trustworthy Shopping Experience team works with authorities, merchants, brands, vendors, and customers to identify and prevent Selling Partner risk. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in compliance, audit or risk management
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
