Sales Operations Lead – ( Global Tech Travel Company)
* UK - Remote
* Contract: 12 months
* Salary: £100k - £120k pa
We’re scaling a global Experiences marketplace and hiring a Revenue Operations Lead to build the growth engine behind it.
This role owns the operating model across supply acquisition, onboarding, account management, and vendor teams. You won’t be closing deals — you’ll design the strategy, processes, tooling, and performance frameworks that make growth scalable and efficient.
What you’ll do
* Translate growth strategy and Sales Operations into clear plans, targets, and execution
* Partner with regional leaders, analytics, marketing, product, and engineering
* Diagnose growth and efficiency opportunities using data
* Define KPIs, run performance reviews, and own outcomes
* Reduce manual work by driving systems, automation, and tooling
* Launch initiatives locally and scale what works globally
What success looks like
* Faster supply growth
* Higher quality and conversion
* Improving unit economics through better systems and processes
What we’re looking for
* 8+ years in RevOps, Growth Ops, Marketplace Ops, or Consulting or Sales Operations
* Strong analytics (Excel/Sheets, BI tools; SQL a plus)
* Experience with sales/account management teams and tools (e.g. Salesforce)
* Proven cross-functional leadership and ownership mindset
