The Role: The Quality & Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all products built within meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and manufacturability. The role blends quality leadership with hands-on manufacturing engineering support. A core part of the role is to manage all key quality control activities including final quality checks (FQCs), inbound quality inspection, First Article Inspections (FAIs), customer complaints, Return Material Authorisations (RMAs), and supplier non-conformances. The position will also ensure that new and existing designs are production-ready, processes are robust, issues are contained and resolved, and that lessons learned are embedded into future operations.
