Group Product Manager | £100,000-£115,000 + bonus (12 month FTC)

This highly recognisable European brand is in the middle of a major digital and technology transformation, rethinking how its customers interact with core financial products after purchase. The focus is on creating intuitive, self-service digital experiences that strengthen long-term customer relationships across multiple European markets.
They’re now hiring a Group Product Manager to lead a critical portfolio of customer-facing digital products. You’ll manage a team of four Product Managers and take ownership of the vision, roadmap and execution for tools that sit at the heart of the customer experience.
What they’re looking for
* A proven Product Leader with 5+ years’ experience delivering customer-facing digital products at scale
* Strong experience owning end-to-end customer journeys, ideally in regulated, fintech or complex B2C/B2B environments
* Previous experience line managing and coaching Product Managers
* Comfortable setting strategy while staying close enough to delivery to ensure outcomes land
* Confident operating with senior stakeholders and influencing across functions
* Highly customer-centric, data-informed and pragmatic in approach
