Overview
Nuco Solutions are currently working with a leading Social Housing contractor, looking for an experienced domestic Service and Breakdown engineer to join their team in Derby.
Responsibilities
* Service and repair domestic gas appliances and boilers
* Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal operation
* Maintain and monitor the supply, stock, and use of materials
* Participate in an out of hours call out rota (every 1 in 6 weeks)
* Act as a liaison between residents and internal teams to promptly resolve any property-related issues
* Report any non-compliance or process failures to management
Knowledge, skills and experience
* Previous experience as a gas engineer (minimum of 5 years)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Essential qualifications: CCN1, CKR1, HTR1 and CENWAT
* Experience in social housing (minimum of 3 years)
