Do you thrive in a collaborative environment? Can you build strong relationships across systems and support real partnership working? We're looking for a skilled, dynamic individual to become the DDAA Alliance Coordinator – a pivotal role supporting the Devon Domestic Abuse Alliance (DDAA).
Although employed by NDADA, you’ll be working on behalf of all Alliance members, providing equitable and neutral coordination across services. You’ll act as the main point of contact for the partnership, facilitating communication between delivery organisations, Devon County Council commissioners, and strategic leads.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape and strengthen a whole-system approach to domestic abuse support in Devon. The DDAA operates within the principles of Human Learning Systems – focusing on relationships, reflection, and adaptability. You’ll play a key role in gathering learning, supporting alignment, and making sure the Alliance works better together.
* 24 days annual leave (plus birthday off), rising to 30 days with service plus bank holidays.
* Employee Assistance Programme.
You’ll bring:
* Experience in a management or coordination role.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build trust and navigate sensitive conversations.
* Strong skills in business administration, partnership working, and project coordination.
* Confidence working across multiple organisations, with professionalism and diplomacy.
* The ability to travel across the Devon County Council area as needed.
This role doesn’t involve direct service delivery, but it is crucial to ensuring the system itself works well – with a focus on relationships, transparency, and shared purpose.
