Role Overview
Home Based / Field Sales - North Midlands
Salary: Competitive + bonus, company car or allowance, home-based contract
Brakes is looking for a Framework Area Sales Manager to join our team. This role involves managing 60-80 customers across end user, GPO, and Public Sector sectors, focusing on building strong relationships and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and leverage customer relationships, especially in the independent sector.
* Grow and retain profitable customer accounts.
* Partner with customers to understand and support their growth plans.
* Monitor competitor activity and ensure the best local solutions are offered.
* Onboard new business with Framework Partners.
* Act as a brand ambassador for Brakes in your market.
Candidate Profile
Highly service-oriented, resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven. Experience in sales, a proactive approach to personal development, and familiarity with modern sales technology (experience with Salesforce advantageous) are preferred.
