Partner Recruitment Assistant
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading, prestigious law firm in London as a Partner Recruitment Assistant. The role is an integral part of the Partner Recruiting & Integration team, providing administrative support for lateral partner and counsel hiring activities, including scheduling interviews and collating feedback. The position is based in the London office and may offer a flexible working arrangement with a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare initial drafts of correspondence for lateral partner and counsel candidates, confirming interview arrangements and related logistics.
2. Book conference rooms and organize video links for interviews.
3. Liaise directly with candidates and/or headhunters, as well as partners and colleagues across departments.
4. Maintain candidate databases and trackers, ensuring data accuracy and correcting errors as needed.
5. Research and leverage technology solutions to improve efficiency.
6. Assist with preparing reports and summaries for leadership on recruitment activity and candidate progress.
7. Support onboarding processes for new partners and counsel, ensuring smooth integration into the firm.
