We are seeking a proactive and skilled

Maintenance Operative

to join our Technical Services Team at Chelsea Creek (SW6 2FS). You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards and aesthetics of this prestigious development, ensuring communal areas remain safe, functional, and welcoming for all residents.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out monthly water and electric meter readings for landlord supplies, recording and submitting results to the Senior Property Manager.

Conduct monthly (or as required) fire defence and lighting system testing.

Replace lighting in communal areas, including car parks.

Undertake project work as set and agreed with your line manager.

Complete cyclical building redecorations and general maintenance tasks.

Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.

Perform other duties as required by supervisors or management to support the smooth running of the development.

Essential:

Prior experience working in a multi-trade operative role or as a caretaker/handyman

IT skills, including a good understanding of Excel.

Dry wall and decorating skills.

Ability to prioritise work tasks and manage time effectively.

Capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
