About the Role: BAE Systems are seeking a skilled SHE Advisor to support the development and implementation of Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies and systems within our Submarines function. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with SHE standards and legislation, and contributing to audits, investigations, and improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide consistent advice, support, and coaching on SHE standards and legal compliance.
* Support SHE improvement programs and foster an enhanced safety culture.
* Act as a professional interface with stakeholders, regulators, contractors, and customers.
* Contribute to audits, accident/near-miss investigations, and root cause analysis reporting.
About you:
* Experience of working in a Construction environment or within the Submarine enterprise
* Experience supporting the management and Health and Safety Risk processes in a high risk environment
