What Youll Be Doing:
* Overseeing the movement and quality of fresh produceparticularly berriesthrough packing and distribution facilities.
* Liaising daily with growers, packers, production teams, and commercial colleagues to uphold product standards.
* Organising and supporting product sampling, trials, and new packaging initiatives.
* Monitoring product shelf life and reporting any quality issues or trends to technical teams.
* Participating in key meetings and contributing to quality and availability decision-making.
* Acting as a key contact during customer visits and ensuring a high standard is maintained throughout the process.
* Deputising for team members when required and supporting continuous improvement across the site.
What Were Looking For:
* Experience in a product or quality role within the fresh produce, food manufacturing, or agricultural sectors.
* A confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
* A hands-on approach and willingness to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and a drive to identify and implement improvements.
* Flexibility to work the Thursday to Monday shift pattern, including occasional weekend cover.
