As the In Memory Relationship Fundraiser, you will play a key role in supporting me to grow income from In Memory giving by delivering thoughtful, relationship‑led ways to secure support, and excellent supporter care.
You will help develop and improve In Memory supporter journeys and products, act as the main point of contact for people giving in memory of a loved one, and build trusted relationships with supporters, funeral directors and colleagues across the hospice.
Through compassion, collaboration and attention to detail, this role helps ensure In Memory giving is embedded throughout Rennie Grove Peace and reflects our values at every touchpoint.
What you’ll do:
* Support the Individual Giving Manager to grow and develop income from In Memory fundraising.
* Act as the main point of contact for In Memory supporters, delivering a warm, sensitive and professional experience.
* Ensure timely, personalised acknowledgements and consistently high standards of supporter care.
* Develop and improve supporter journeys, building strong, lasting relationships with supporters and their families.
* Collaborate internally and with external stakeholders (e.g. funeral directors, celebrants) to promote and embed In Memory giving.
* Work sensitively with patients and families to support fundraising, storytelling and campaign activity, generating new engagement and income ideas.
