If you relish a challenge, have a passion to help others or simply fancy a fresh start, Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) North Wales is looking for a fixed-term Digital Change Manager to join the All-Ages Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Digital Solution project. Working across BCUHB you will support the Chief Nursing Information Officer in leading planning processes and providing specialist advice and support within the project.

Responsibilities
* Support the Chief Nursing Information Officer, Senior Change Lead and Senior Digital Clinical Officer in leading planning processes to achieve the strategic aims of the Digital Data and Technology Team and associated projects.
* Provide specialist advice and support to operational colleagues involved in processes to take forward service modernisation and improvement.
* Design, organise and deliver training for staff related to new projects; provide ongoing support for staff with regards to established digital systems.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and national groups related to relevant projects; represent the Health Board on relevant national groups.
Qualifications
* Essential
* Degree or equivalent professional qualification;
Professional development to Master’s level through courses, in-service training and experience;
Management qualification or equivalent experience or willingness to undertake;
Comprehensive understanding of performance targets relevant to the services;
Postgraduate diploma level or equivalent experience;
Understanding of project management;
Knowledge of NHS planning processes;
In-depth knowledge across a range of BCUHB services, systems and procedures.

* Project Management qualification.
* Experience
* Extensive NHS senior management experience; experience working with Senior Clinicians and Managers; experience of project management; service planning and working in a multi-disciplinary environment; leading on change and service development; evidence of contributions towards developing clinical practice; experience in report writing and/or producing business/operational cases; leadership on NHS service projects/programmes; evidence of leading/managing change management initiatives.
* Skills
* Excellent communicator with tact and diplomacy; able to work in multi-disciplinary environments; able to meet demanding timescales; strong presentation, written and verbal skills; able to produce high-standard written reports and documents; able to work independently; ability to analyse, interpret and convey complex information; negotiation and facilitation skills; proficiency with multiple IT software packages (email, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation packages) and Health Board information systems.
* Desirable
* Welsh language skills desirable (levels 1–5 in understanding, speaking, reading and writing).
Other Requirements
* Ability to travel between sites in a timely manner.
* To work in the UK, non-UK/RoI nationals require sponsorship to obtain a Health and Care visa or Skilled Worker visa unless eligible via another route. Non UK/RoI candidates should assess the likelihood of obtaining a Certificate of Sponsorship at Work in the UK.
