Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £12.36 per hr. You will be working 1700- 1500 and 1500-2300, 20 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays). You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
* To ensure all administrative traffic duties are carried out as necessary and to a high level of accuracy and professionalism
* To use all IT based systems effectively
* Ensures that appropriate communication methods are used to provide information to both internal and external customers
* To ensure compliance with Company Health & Safety requirements highlighting any concerns to line management
* To identify and highlight to management any potential improvement opportunities
* To demonstrate the Company Values in the undertaking of their role
* To undertake any other reasonable task as required.
* To always display the highest standards of customer service.
Working alongside our planning and transport team members. You will be completing general administration tasks, maintaining files.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
* Previous administration experience ideally within a warehouse environment
* A can-do attitude
* A strong user of Microsoft Office Suite
