Account Manager – Hard FM Service Provider – London - 75k + Package

One of the established names in the commercial building maintenance industry is looking to recruit a multi-site Account Manager to oversee five key commercial properties in and around Central London.
They are seeking an individual who can provide first-class customer service and be able to organise, manage, and motivate their maintenance team.
The role will also involve reporting directly to the business unit director and managing a number of commercial buildings in the City and Central London. These include a mix of financial and blue-chip clients, all with permanent maintenance teams on site.
Time will be spent based on each location, with the option to work from their City-based head office when needed.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8-5. The main duties of the role are as follows:
1. Ensure client satisfaction levels are maintained at a high standard, leading to the development of the contract to increase the portfolio/contract responsibilities.
2. Ensure contractual levels are achieved and exceeded; maintain in-depth knowledge of the contract and demonstrate this during internal monthly contractual review meetings with senior management.
3. Ensure contractual KPIs / SLAs are met.
4. Attend strategic contractual/operational meetings with the client weekly or as required.
5. Ensure the successful completion of all reactive and PPM work orders, meeting KPIs and SLAs as necessary.
6. Provide leadership and management to the site team as needed.
Applicants for this role must meet the following criteria:
1. Recognised apprenticeship and fully electrically or mechanically qualified to a recognised level (e.g., C&G, HNC/HND).
2. Proven experience managing multi-site businesses.
3. Ability to prioritise and solve problems, often under pressure, using innovative solutions.
4. A team player committed to working in a professional and quality environment.
5. Strong people management skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
