Overview
We are looking for a Receptionist Administrator to be the first point of contact at our head office, welcoming visitors, handling enquiries, and ensuring the smooth running of our reception area. You will also play a key role in supporting our housing team with a variety of administrative tasks that help us deliver vital services to the community.
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, contractors, and colleagues
* Handle telephone and reception enquiries with professionalism and care
* Support Housing Officers with admin tasks like car parking permits, newsletters, and housing applications
* Maintain accurate records and assist with reports and statistics
* Process incoming/outgoing post, scan documents, and manage key sign-ins
* Help ensure our services are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with our values
Qualifications
* Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
* Organised, accurate with figures, and able to prioritise tasks
* A great communicator, both in writing and face-to-face
* Experienced in administration (housing experience is a bonus!)
