Location

Responsibilities
* Direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods.
* Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts.
* Work on the range with the kitchen team to train, guide and develop.
* Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations.
* Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard.
* Maintain our food hygiene and health & safety training throughout the year.
Qualifications
* Hold basic food handling skills certification. NVQ Level 2 (desirable) and Level 2 Food safety Certificate (desirable).
* A minimum of 1 year of hands‑on cooking experience.
* Experience in menu planning and production.
* Experience in or exposure to bulk cooking.
* Good knowledge of pastry work.
