This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact on a child's educational journey.Responsibilities:-Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN-Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities-Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment-Support pupils with personal care, if required-Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents-Encourage the development of independence, confidence, and social skillsRequirements:-Experience working with children with SEN (in a school or similar setting)-A patient, resilient, and empathetic nature-Good communication and teamwork skills-A proactive approach to supporting learning and development-Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant Diploma) are desirable but not essential-Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for onePlease APPLY TODAY for immediate consideration and we will be in touch.Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
