As our next HR Adviser, you'll play a key role in empowering people, sparking change, and coaching our managers to become confident, fair, people-focused leaders. You'll handle the full scope of HR lifecycle: employee relations, change projects, people insights, recruitment, and culture building. One day you might be guiding a manager through a complex ER case and the next day, you might be working on a cross-group project that shifts how we support and develop our people. It's varied, it's impactful - and it matters. What you'll do: Be the go-to coach for all things ER - absence, grievances, performance, disciplinaries, and more. Drive change by supporting transformation projects. Build strong relationships with managers and help them lead with confidence and clarity. Use people data to spot trends and drive continuous improvement across the business. Partner on recruitment, onboarding, training design and culture initiatives. What makes you stand out: You've got CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 (or you're well on the way). You're experienced in employee relations and live and breathe employment law. You're a natural coach, an active listener, and a confident communicator. You spot opportunities to improve the employee experience - and act on them.
