We are currently adding to our Customer Services team and seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Coordinator to build and maintain customer relationships by resolving complaints and queries, providing regular updates on company performance and building customer satisfaction.
This is a full time position, based at our modern Head Office, just off J28 of the M1 and in close links to the A38.
WHAT OUR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP CO-ORDINATORS DO:
1. Build and maintain relationships with our customer base, both internal and external
2. Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner
3. Update and maintain customer databases as and when required
4. Assist in identifying improvements in the Customer Relationship journey improving the overall customer experience
