We are currently seeking a Store Manager to lead our team in High Wycombe – a vibrant market town in the heart of Buckinghamshire. Your Role as Store Manager
As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a passionate team, creating an outstanding shopping experience, and driving store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and Motivate: Inspire your team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
•Drive Performance: Use commercial insight to implement effective sales strategies and promotions.
•Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with brand standards.

•Team Development: Support, coach, and develop your team to help them grow within their roles.
What We’re Looking For
•Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
•Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to driving sales.
•A strong customer focus and passion for delivering a great shopping experience.
•Retail experience is desirable but not essential – we provide full training and support.
