Braddicks Leisure is seeking an experienced guest/customer-focused individual to join its Pier House Team in Westward Ho
Your primary area of responsibility will be for our two bars; however, you will support our restaurant and food running teams as and when required during peak service periods.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest and customer experiences, supervising a small team, and supporting the manager to maintain the smooth functioning of all the Pier House operations.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and first-line management to contribute to a vibrant, dynamic family environment.
What We Expect From You -
Take operational control of the bar during allocated shifts, ensuring smooth service flow and strong team coordination, whilst keeping a close eye on food service providing support when and where required.
Lead, motivate and support team members to deliver a warm, engaging, and professional guest/customer experience.
Prepare preparation, presentation and consistent delivery of cocktail menus and seasonal drink offerings.
Be an ambassador for the Braddicks brand, delivering on its Operating Standards and Guiding Principles.
You Will Need To -
Demonstrate experience in a operational supervisory role within hospitality, food and beverage or a comparable customer-focused sector.
Possess previous experience in a bar supervisory role.
Possess a strong working knowledge of cellar management.
Have experience leading small teams during service.
Understand licensing and compliance standards.
Possess practical experience of compliance and health & safety responsibilities and food hygiene.
It Would Be Great If You -
A Personal Licence Holder.
Had cellar management training.
