We're looking for External Invigilators to join our friendly and professional Exams Team from January 2026. All new team members start as Assistant External Invigilators, with full training provided on 10th December 2025. There is scope to progress to a Senior External Invigilator once established in the role.
What you'll be doing
As an Assistant External Invigilator, you'll support the smooth running of exams by:
* Setting up exam rooms and distributing papers
* Monitoring students during exams and ensuring JCQ regulations are followed
* Supporting candidates with specific needs, including those using laptops
* Maintaining exam security and confidentiality at all times
* Returning completed scripts and materials safely to the Exams Office
* Assisting with the supervision of clash candidates when required
