Job Title: Weekend Receptionist (Temporary Cover) Location: Heaton Mersey Pay Rate: £14 per hour Hours: Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Role Overview We are seeking a friendly and reliable Weekend Receptionist to provide temporary cover as needed. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner. Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery. Prepare refreshments (tea/coffee) for visitors when required. Maintain a tidy and organised reception area. Provide general administrative support as needed.Requirements Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, approachable, and well-presented. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Reliable and punctual.Additional Information This is a temporary cover role, working weekends only. Flexibility to cover additional shifts when required is desirable.
