Professional Development Administrator (Part Time)

Location: Jersey (Hybrid)

As we continue to grow and expand, an opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and versatile individual to join our close-knit team in Jersey on a part-time basis (20 hrs per week). You will be passionate about delivering a high level of customer service to our clients and students alike and will enjoy owning a variety of admin processes that contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the department.

What you'll be doing

* Maintain the highest levels of customer services at all times
* Maintain online systems and databases ensuring accurate data entry
* Collaborate with colleagues across BPP to ensure invoices are issued in line with SLA's
* Accurately and promptly use our online booking systems to book appointments for students
* Managing the department inbox, ensuring all queries are responded to in a professional and timely manner

What we're looking for

To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:

* Previous administration experience in a commercial environment
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Competent user of MS Office including Teams, Excel, Word
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to work well both within a team and on one's own initiative
* A flexible mindset with the enthusiasm to support colleagues and other areas when required
* Prior experience in an education setting would be advantageous

Please note that the successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check and a Credit Check.
