Role: Supervisor

We are offering a Fixed-Term Contract of 3 months, covering 32 hours per week. The role is part-time, with shifts on a rotating schedule that includes Mondays through Sundays. The pay rate is £13.61 per hour. We provide competitive benefits and a generous employee discount, amongst other rewards.
Responsibilities
* Sales floor: Hold daily team briefs, share store KPIs, motivate the team to beat targets, drive exceptional service, perform store walks, monitor performance, and manage escalated customer complaints professionally.
* Personal sales: Build relationships with customers, provide exemplary service, use product knowledge to create memorable experiences, and work toward sales targets focusing on up-selling, UPT, ATV, conversion and productivity.
* Store operations: Act as key holder for opening/closing procedures, cash handling and till reconciliation, assist with administrative duties (recruitment, investigations, disciplinary hearings if required), assist with deliveries, operate tills, and follow security policies to keep staff and customers safe.

Prior experience with a leading brand and/or desirable consumer product retailing is preferred.
