Due to increasing numbers, we are looking for caring, dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join both our Under 3s and pre-school teams.
We are looking for practitioners who have:
A minimum Level 3 Qualification in Childcare; however candidates with a Level 2 Qualification, relevant experience and a willingness to undergo further training will also be considered
A good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices which are essential to ensure our children receive high standards of care and education
Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with Under 2s or 2-4 year olds depending on role
A Paediatric First Aid Qualification or a willingness to train
A genuine wish to work with young children and make a positive difference to their lives by providing them with the foundations they need for life‑long learning

All positions are subject to enhanced DBS checks, suitability checks and satisfactory references. Where possible references will be checked before interview.
What you will be doing
* Building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families as part of a key‑person role
* Working with the team to create a safe, inclusive, nurturing and stimulating environment
* Supporting childrens development through high‑quality care and engaging activities
* Upholding safeguarding, child protection and all other setting policies
* We operate 50 weeks a year (closed for two weeks over Christmas and all bank holidays) and our working hours are 7.30 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday and successful candidates must be available to work within these times.
