Job description
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Working under an Account Director and alongside the creative team
2. Managing social reporting, client liaison, and account administration for retained clients on a day-to-day basis
3. Measuring and analyzing social media performance for clients across the agency
4. Managing content schedules for key channels based on client requirements
5. Developing content strategies and defining the role of social media for clients
6. Drafting social content and providing recommendations for copy and creative assets
7. Providing guidelines, social assets, and best practices for channels
8. Identifying and leveraging relevant social media influencers for campaigns
9. Growing relationships with platforms and agents
10. Collaborating with clients to devise and implement paid social strategies when required
11. Working with partner agencies to execute detailed, integrated multi-channel social content campaigns
Knowledge and Experience
1. Understanding of current digital and social trends and in-depth knowledge of channel functionalities
2. Minimum of 2 years experience in a social media role within an agency or in-house
3. Proficiency with content management and monitoring systems for social media
4. Excellent understanding of social analytics platforms and KPI reporting
5. Extensive knowledge of the online media landscape
6. Understanding of digital channels and emerging trends
7. Awareness of new technologies
8. Strong project management skills
9. Basic skills in content creation, including video and graphics
