Professional Support Lawyer

Our client, a leading national legal firm, is seeking a Professional Support Lawyer to join their innovative commercial and data protection team. In this role, the successful candidate will play a pivotal part in creating, curating, and delivering legal knowledge that drives excellence across the firm and for its clients.
What you’ll do:
* Lead knowledge management initiatives, including developing precedents, practice notes, and procedures.
* Undertake focused legal research and produce actionable insights for teams and clients.
* Advise on AI tools and innovative approaches to legal delivery.
* Design and deliver training programs, mentoring solicitors and support staff.
* Contribute to client communications, including articles, briefings, and workshops.
* Support regulatory compliance and process improvements across the business.
What we’re looking for:
* 5-7 PQE experience in commercial contracts and data protection; knowledge of public procurement law is advantageous.
* Strong technical legal expertise with excellent written and verbal communication.
* Experience in training, mentoring, or previous PSL experience is desirable.
* Highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Passion for knowledge sharing, innovation, and enhancing legal service delivery.
