We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and courtesy.
* Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
* Identify opportunities for upselling products and services based on customer needs.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a calm and efficient manner.
* Maintain knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers.
Skills
* Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish; multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
* Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers positively.
* Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
* Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour.
