We are looking for an experienced Payroll Clerk to manage the payroll process for approximately 85 monthly and 16 weekly employees. Responsibilities will include:
* Processing weekly and monthly payrolls
* Inputting timesheets onto Sage Payroll
* Managing statutory deductions
* Calculation of holiday pay, SMP / SPP / SSP
* Handling all pension administration
* Ensuring compliance with current payroll legislation
* Occasionally assist with basic accounts tasks as needed
* Use of Sage Payroll software
You will need to have a proven track record of running end to end payroll, and ideally have previous experience using Sage. The company are looking for someone to work circa 1 day a week.
