About the Role
This full-time role involves delivering high-quality English lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will create engaging, thought-provoking lessons that challenge students while supporting their development in reading, writing, and critical analysis. You’ll also play an active role in assessing progress and contributing to the wider school environment.

* Qualified English Teachers (QTS/QTLS)
* Early Career Teachers (ECTs) ready to start their teaching journey
* Unqualified Teachers with strong subject knowledge and a passion for English
* Graduates with an English-related degree looking to enter the classroom
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and structured English lessons that develop literacy skills
* Use creative approaches to encourage participation and deepen understanding
* Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop resources and share teaching ideas
Requirements:
* Degree in English or a related subject (desirable but not essential for unqualified applicants)
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* Enthusiasm for fostering a love of reading, writing, and literature
* Enhanced child workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
