Summary
We are seeking a part-time Admin Assistant (HR Support) to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and HR support, ensuring accurate records and efficient office operations. Your work will help us maintain smooth processes and support our commitment to quality service.
Hours
* 20 hours per week (Monday–Friday) OR 3 full days per week
* Immediate start
Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate employee records and databases
* Provide day-to-day HR administrative support
* Assist with general office tasks to ensure smooth operations
* Contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiency
* Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data entry and reporting
Qualifications
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
* Previous experience in HR or office administration is a plus
