In this key role, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Service Department — managing job scheduling, communication with clients and engineers, and coordinating subcontractors to deliver outstanding service. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction at every stage. Key Responsibilities Job Scheduling & Coordination * Plan and allocate work to engineers and subcontractors according to availability, skills, and location. * Schedule jobs efficiently to optimise workloads and minimise travel time. * Coordinate emergency call-outs and ensure response times meet SLA requirements. * Maintain and update internal schedules and planning databases. Engineer & Client Communication * Act as the main point of contact for engineers, subcontractors, and clients. * Provide engineers with job details and site-specific information. * Keep clients informed with regular updates and service reports. * Maintain and update subcontractor contact databases.
