About The Role
HC-One is seeking a Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
We aim to provide an excellent onboarding experience, ensuring a quick transition from job offer to start date.
About You
You will be organized to meet service times, thrive on autonomy, and follow recipes accurately. You should be passionate about food and understand the importance of good quality, home-cooked meals for our Residents. Additionally, you will communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know how to respond appropriately. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and to seek advice and escalate concerns as necessary.
