Global CTS are working with a company who are recruiting for an Client Account Manager, you will play a key role in the success of the business, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. We are seeking a professional candidate with first rate communication skills with a passion for delivering a service second to none! You must have a good level of education, be professional and able to build relationships with high end clients over the phone as well as send professional communication over email.
You would be joining a team of 15 that are really customer centric but have a passion for service. As the Client Account Manager, your focus should be on retaining business, cross selling and working on lapsed contacts. All staff have a responsibility to act with integrity.
* Taking responsibility for new clients and all related documentation
* Demonstrate attention to detail by requesting relevant paperwork required
* Producing and sending confirmation details to clients
* Dealing with all related queries from clients from all walks of life
* First port of call for existing customers who require assistance and have questions regarding services
* Providing a comprehensive service to clients to ensure they renew policies with the business
* Although not openly selling you must be able to pick up on buying signals for leads for other departments
* Great customer service skills
* Team player
