About the role
Senior Physiotherapist – Warwickshire Hospital. This is a bank role, paid up to £15.00 per hour, with 15‑20% weekend work. Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours a week but work ad‑hoc as required.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver high quality, effective and evidence‑based clinical care.
* Provide care that is Safe, Effective, Caring, Well‑led and responsive to patients’ needs.
* Ensure ongoing monitoring of the standard of treatment.
* Be compliant with all professional, clinical and integrated governance standards.
* Participate in clinical audit and other quality assurance processes.
* Work within a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, AHPS and consultants, to optimise patient recovery.
* Support and mentor junior staff through training programmes.
Qualifications
* BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent. Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HPCC).
Professional development & experience
* Demonstrated evidence of further professional training and ongoing professional development.
* Confidence in communication with patients and other healthcare professionals.
* Competent IT user with strong organisational skills.
* Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
