About the Role
Here at Halfords Garage Services, we’re looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our new Fusion Centre – upgraded with the latest facilities to lead the way in providing a first‑class customer experience and a great working environment. If you’re an experienced mechanic with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and keeping vehicles safe on the road, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
As a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester, you will carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and complete a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair work. From advanced diagnostics and repairs to routine services, you’ll ensure every job is done to the highest standard.
Qualifications
* Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification or experience)
* Valid MOT Testing Licence
* Full driver’s licence with less than 9 points
