Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home Location: Abergavenny, Monmouthshire Salary: £44,922 – £46,542 per annum (inclusive of sleep-ins) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Shift Pattern: 2 sleep-ins followed by 3 days off About the Role We are recruiting a Deputy Manager for a children’s residential home in Abergavenny, supporting three young people with complex social, emotional and behavioural needs arising from adverse childhood experiences (ACE). Working for one of the UK’s leading providers of specialist education, residential childcare and therapeutic services, you will support the Registered Manager in the effective day-to-day running of the home, ensuring outstanding care, safeguarding and compliance.
