As a Medical Copywriter, you will be responsible for researching and writing scientific copy for a wide range of print and digital promotional materials within healthcare; developing text from draft through to final copy.
You’ll create powerful and impactful copy for straplines and headlines for all forms of printed collateral, web pages, email campaigns, social media, presentations, advertising, marketing, and sales collateral.

Role & Responsibilities:
* Bring complex scientific data to life - turning it into clear, compelling stories that resonate with healthcare professionals and patients alike.
* Be the science expert in the room: help your colleagues and clients understand the “why” behind the data and confidently contribute to medical and strategic discussions.
* Craft persuasive copy across all formats and channels - from short, impactful headlines to detailed scientific narratives.
* Discover the stories hidden in data and communicate them in language that connects and inspires.
* Create and maintain reference packs, and help manage the approval process through Veeva Vault PromoMats or ZincMaps.
* Shape messaging, tone, and storytelling across all media - guiding projects from first concept to final delivery.
* Present your ideas and work confidently to clients and internal teams.
* Collaborate closely with designers and art directors to bring scientific stories to life through engaging visuals.
* Build strong relationships across teams and departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Understand brand priorities and contribute to the agency’s creative and strategic vision.
* Make smart, timely decisions while maintaining the highest quality standards in every piece of work.
* Support the agency’s culture and strategic direction - helping to elevate both the team and the work.
* Champion our brand and our clients - spotting creative opportunities to grow partnerships and deliver standout work.
* Help showcase our creativity and expertise to current and future clients, driving awareness of what makes our agency unique.
Requirements:
* Degree (science, preferably life science)
* Scientific knowledge and understanding
* Proficiency in delivering high-quality written work
* Solid understanding of relevant UK and International code e.g. ABPI
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* 2+ years of medical writing experience
