We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Advisor to join our dynamic team in Hawarden. This role is focused on supporting the Client Services & Sales team to drive revenue, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure seamless service delivery. You will be the key point of contact for subcontractors, assisting with order management, follow-ups, reporting, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class experience. Contract Type: Full-Time Working Days: Monday to Friday Hours: 37 hours per week Location: Hawarden Day to Day: Acting as the first point of contact for subcontractors, responding promptly to enquiries and providing excellent service. Supporting the Client Service & Sales team with order processing, follow-ups, and ensuring timely delivery. Monitoring subcontractor performance, following up on issues and track on-time delivery. Coordinating with internal teams to resolve client queries efficiently and proactively. Maintaining accurate client records to support sales strategy and account management. Result entry, ensuring 100% accuracy and troubleshooting issues. Essentials: We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, organised, and passionate about perfection! The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a client-facing role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a professional and approachable manner. A proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environment. Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; CRM experience is a plus. A willingness to learn, with comprehensive training provided to support your development.
