Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Milton Keynes
Rate: 90- 110 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Hours: Term time only
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to make a real impact in a dynamic primary school setting? A fantastic primary school in Milton Keynes is looking for a dedicated and proactive TA to join their team from September 2025. This role is ideal for someone who:
Has a solid background working in education within the UK
Wants to contribute to a vibrant, inclusive classroom environment
Brings energy, resilience, and a strong sense of initiative to the table
Is passionate about supporting children with a range of needs, including SEN
Key Responsibilities:
Provide classroom support to teachers across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Support pupils with varying needs, including those with SEN
Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive learning behaviours
Assist with lesson preparation and delivery under teacher guidance
Key Requirements:
Previous experience working in a UK school setting (essential)
CACHE Level 2/NVQ Level 2 (or higher) in Teaching Assistant - desirable but not essential
Strong behaviour management and a calm, supportive presence in the classroom
A basic understanding of SEN needs and a willingness to learn more
