We are looking for enthusiastic & friendly individuals, with kind and compassionate hearts to provide outstanding care to our elderly clients in Leigh and its surrounding areas. As a Home Instead CARE PROFESSIONAL, you will want to make a true difference to the quality of life for those you care for, and their families.
Care Professional Benefits:
1. Minimum 1-hour calls - So you can build a friendly, caring bond with your client
2. Excellent rate of pay - £12.50 per hour Monday to Friday increasing to £13.00 per hour Saturday & Sunday. Double pay on bank holidays
3. Extra payments - for mileage and wait* time between visits
4. No uniform - so you look and feel more like a friend, or part of the client’s family
5. Full Induction Programme and continuous training - All training is done in house with our friendly team, so you can feel more at ease and comfortable why we help you achieve your career in care
6. NVQ - Fully funded NVQ 2, 3 & 4 available
7. Accrued paid holiday & Auto-enrolment Pension Scheme – you are legally entitled to these; they aren’t perks so we don’t pretend they are!

11. That you live locally or are happy to travel to our clients.
12. You have a full driving licence with access to a reliable car
13. That you have the right to work in the UK.
