They are now seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their high‑performing Industrial team. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives on autonomy, problem‑solving and delivering a genuinely reliable service to clients and candidates.
The Role
You will take full ownership of a busy Industrial desk, including:
• Advertising, sourcing and interviewing candidates.
• Completing compliance and referencing.
• Managing client relationships and conducting site visits.
• Providing honest, solutions‑focused support to clients.
• Leading by example within the branch.
• Mentoring junior consultants and supporting day‑to‑day operations.
