Job Description
3. Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
4. Maintain and update payroll records in compliance with regulations.
5. Address and resolve payroll queries from staff and management.
6. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure data accuracy.
7. Prepare payroll reports and summaries for internal use.
8. Ensure compliance with tax and employment laws.
9. Assist in auditing payroll processes as required.
10. Provide support for other finance-related tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
11. Proven experience in payroll processing.
12. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and accounting principles.
13. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
14. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
15. Excellent communication skills to address payroll queries effectively.
