* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons catering to various learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students progress well in Economics.
* Use diverse teaching methods and resources, including case studies, simulations, group discussions, and current affairs analysis to make Economics engaging and foster deep understanding.
* Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, set targets, and give constructive feedback to support learning.
* Contribute to curriculum development and resource creation, keeping the Economics curriculum relevant and engaging.
* Encourage a love of Economics, prompting students to explore issues, participate in debates, and consider careers in economics and related fields.
