 
        
        At the core of our service, is our fantastic administration team who provide daily activities to support effective service delivery and this has created the exciting opportunity for a Clinical Senior Administrator. This includes providing excellent customer service both at our main service and on the phone, liaising with internal and external colleagues, managing diaries, handling queries, maintaining a safe and trauma informed environment, managing client prescriptions and dealing with stock. Our service works with a wide range of individuals, with often complex needs and various support requirements. The role involves working with the team to support these needs, providing a calm, reassuring approach that is client centred and trauma led at each point.
Responsibilities
 * Provide high quality leadership - Deliver supervision, appraisal, welfare support and performance support to an identified cohort of administrators, which may include volunteers and students as appropriate.
 * Promote service development - Contribute towards the development of and oversee the implementation of operational policies to ensure that services are effectively delivered to a high standard.
 * Manage Health and Safety - Oversee the completion of regular health and safety checks and audits as well as being responsible for any remedial actions required to maintain legal obligations, reporting any concerns to the services manager immediately.
 * Maintain safe and comfortable premises - oversee the management and maintenance of the premises, including repair works, cleaning, waste management, stock control and management of assets within the environment.
 * Support financial management - by having oversight of all invoices, petty cash and spending to support budget management.
 * Ensure safe and effective prescription generation and security - by ensuring CGL policies in relation to prescriptions are adhered to, that staff are competent in their roles and that systems are in place to ensure all prescriptions are accurately generated, stored, distributed and recorded.
Qualifications & Skills
 * Knowledge of general office procedures
 * High standard of IT literacy including proficiency in Word processing, data entry and Excel.
 * Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
 * Solid numeric skills.
 * Excellent organisational skills.
 * Maintain professional boundaries and work effectively with partnership agencies.
 * Communicate confidently and effectively, verbally and in writing.
 * Lead and develop a team of administrators.
 * Effectively delegate and get things done through others.
 * Respond flexibly to the demands of the post.
 * To respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary.
