A supportive Specialist School in Wokingham is seeking an enthusiastic Autism Support Worker to join their team immediately. The successful Autism Support Worker will support pupils with ASD, sensory needs, and associated learning difficulties.
This Autism Support Worker role will involve: * Delivering tailored 1:1 support for pupils with autism * Supporting communication and social development * Creating a structured and nurturing classroom environment * Encouraging independence and confidence * Working closely with teaching staff and therapists * ASAP start in a desirable Wokingham location
The ideal Autism Support Worker will have previous SEN experience or a strong interest in autism support.
