In this role, you will:
* Plan, teach and assess lessons to a high standard
* Monitor and report on pupil achievement and progress
* Support students in preparing for KS1/KS2 assessments
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to secure coordinated curriculum outcomes
* Engage in ongoing professional development, appraisal and training
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers
* Contribute to the safeguarding, well-being and personal development of pupils
We are seeking a teacher who:
* Is passionate about teaching and learning within KS1/KS2
* Can plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with academy curriculum plans
* Has high aspirations for all learners and is committed to ensuring excellent progress for every child
* Creates a safe, positive and inspiring classroom environment
* Builds strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
* Demonstrates excellent behaviour management and promotes good order and discipline
* Is a team player who contributes to wider curriculum development and academy life
* Has a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
